Q - "I'm not sure which option to choose..."
A - Here's the breakdown...
Forged Body PREMIUM is great if you want to join up with the challenge and get the in-depth training, nutrition, and accountability needed to make an amazing transformation in 6-weeks.
Forged Body ELITE is for those who want an extra bit of customization with their nutrition and the added bonus of the specialized workout tracking software (which is pretty damn awesome BTW). In addition to the customized nutrition prescription, you'll also got a 121 "Success Coaching Call" to help you dial things in even more.
Forged Body BEAST is for fully customized 121 coaching. You get all of what I got from PREMIUM and ELITE plus the support and accountability from me directly. Both training and nutrition with be specifically tweaked to YOU and will be adjusted from day 1 to day 42 the whole way through.
Q - “I don’t have enough time for a program like this.”
A - Ha ha... Come on now!
I know how it is though and I get it.W You’re busy.
So am I and so are a LOT of the athletes I work with which is why I've designed this program to give you exactly what you need in LESS time.
45 mins or less is all you need.
If it's important to you, you'll MAKE the time to get it done. If not, you'll make excuses.
Q - “How is this different from other programs out there?”
A - One reason why... It's comprehensive.

Q - “I'm too out of shape to start, should I "wait" to get into better shape first?”
A - This is EXACTLY why I do what I do...
To take you fro where you're at now, and get you to where you want to go.
In order to get there, you MUST START!
No more waiting. You wait, you miss out and LOSE TIME. Time you can never get back.
Now, will the workouts be challenging? Hell yes!
In fact, the first week I expect you to be pretty damn sore, and that normal. And as you progress ahead, it'll get better, and you will get stronger and fitter and the results will start to show through.
But you've GOT TO START!
As far as the programming goes, it's mainly aimed towards those that have at least trained a small bit in the past. If you're completely new to training with barbells and free-weights, this might not be the right place for you to start.
Your success depends on your willingness to commit, be consistent, and continue to push ahead.
Q - “I can’t train every day…”
A - Neither can I! Who can!?
This program involves 4 main training days and one optional "specialized cardio" day with two additional rest/recovery days strategically programmed in.
To get the maximum benefits of the program, I recommend you do all the workouts, but you can get progress just doing the program at LEAST 3 times a week.
We’ve had a number of athletes who have done this with great success.
Again, the key to success in this program is consistency!
Q - “Do I need a FULL gym or a bunch of fancy workout equipment?”
A - No, you don’t.
I will keep the programming super basic with a barbell, weights, a good rack, pull-up bar, kettlebells (or dumbbells), and either rings or a set of suspension straps (for rowing type movements).
If you don't have all of that, you'll have access to me to help make modifications if needed.
Q - "Can't I just program myself"
A - Hey, by all means if you want to keep doing what you've been doing, trying to figure it all out on your own, be my guest and I wish you nothing but the best... but why would you want to?
Wouldn’t you rather just take a shortcut and get everything done-for-you??
The work has been laid out for you already, all you've got to do is show up and put in the work ;)
