The first thing I want to clarify is that when I say “customized nutrition prescription” I mean it.
I'm not copying plans from the pages of a fitness magazine and telling you to eat nothing but chicken, asparagus, rice cakes, tuna and oatmeal every day (sadly, this is what you’ll get if you buy other “custom” meal templates and plans coaches sell as actual "personalized" programs).
I'll be looking at where you're at NOW and what you've done in the past. We'll also be looking at where your starting body fat level is at, the type of training program you’re following now (as well as what you've done in the past), when you train, age, sex, and most importantly, your past diet history so I can figure up just how messed up you might be from past BAD dieting practices if any.
Every one of these details will influence how I design your custom nutrition prescription.
And since EVERYONE is unique, you're plan will be unique.
This isn't about some one-size-fits-all type template.
Plus, you won’t be prescribed anything unsustainable.
